We are looking for a new caretaker for our self-service container storage facility opening in the Töltéstava Industrial Park, located near Győr.
Thecaretaker's duties include maintaining the premises, such as lawn mowing, minor repair work as needed, cleaning, and snow removal. The main responsibility is to show tenants and prospective clients — who have signed contracts through the central office — the storage containers and how the system works, to hand them over, and to inspect and verify the condition of the container upon the termination of the rental agreement. Retired applicants are preferred. Maintenance work can practically be carried out at any time, and handovers and showings with prospective tenants can be arranged individually, thus enabling flexible secondary or tertiary employment. A mobile phone with unlimited outgoing calls will be provided for work purposes. The ideal candidate has their own vehicle to travel to the site.
The remuneration includes a monthly availability fee, as well as a per-visit travel allowance/compensation for each showing or handover.
