The number of our premium indoor storage units in District 3 has expanded further.
Already at the beginning of the year it was evident, and we reported on it, that a new opportunity for self-service storage would open in a location suited to the needs of both residential and business tenants.
We have further expanded our existing facility at the intersection of Vihar Street and Raktár Street in District 3 with 27 additional storage units. There are now 43 premium indoor storage units and mini warehouses at this location awaiting future tenants. Parking is available directly in front of the entrance, subject to availability, though a parking fee applies.
The new storage units have been designed in various sizes. Everyone can find the size that suits their needs among the smaller, medium, and larger floor-area units. With security in mind, the walls between the units are solid masonry rather than wire mesh. The entrances to the units are fitted with lockable security doors. In addition, automatic lighting, a unified alarm system, and security cameras have been installed. A built-in timed system takes care of temperature regulation and ventilation, making it suitable for storing documents and paper-based items as well.
Next to the building entrance, a GLS automated parcel point has been installed, which serves for sending and receiving packages. All of these are features of a premium indoor self storage — also known as a self-service mini warehouse or storage unit.
