In the last quarter of the year, we expanded with 5 new locations, of which 3 are in Budapest, 1 is in the greater Budapest area, and 1 is in the countryside.
In the last quarter of the year, we expanded with 5 new locations, of which 3 are in Budapest, 1 is in the greater Budapest area, and 1 is in the countryside. Across the 5 locations, there are a total of 101 outdoor storage containers and 50 indoor storage units to choose from. The containers have a floor area of 30 m², while the indoor storage units range from 4 m² to 16 m². The indoor storage units are suitable for the safe storage of occasionally used items, or even the furniture of a 1–2 room apartment. The containers and storage units are self-service – no need to wait for anyone, accessible 24/7, every day of the week.

We have reached the beginning of 2025, and our momentum hasn't faded – development doesn't stop. We are working at full steam to offer new self-storage opportunities in locations that meet the needs of both residential and business tenants. We can reveal that the next location to open will be in the 3rd district, where more than 25 new indoor storage spaces – mini storage units – will be created.
