We are continuously developing our storage and logistics system to meet the needs of our tenants, and we have not forgotten about mobility either. We have expanded our vehicle fleet with a new electric vehicle.
In recent years, there have been significant changes in the storage and logistics process. The most important aspect of these changes is the emergence of environmental awareness. Thanks to this modern trend, self-storage has become increasingly widespread. Since 2012, raktar24.hu has been committed to offering solutions to space shortages, helping residential and business tenants find the nearest self-storage unit or container warehouse to suit their needs.
As quoted from one of our earlier articles, all of our storage units are accessible every day of the week, with no opening hours – they are available 24/7. Direct parking is provided in front of the outdoor storage containers, making loading and unloading easier. They can be rented with a flexible rental period and pro-rata rental fee calculation. What is important both for our tenants and for us is that every storage unit is always cleaned before handover, which we personally demonstrate and carry out together.
We currently have 377 storage units across 15 locations.
Of these, 207 are indoor and 169 are outdoor units available in various sizes.
In line with environmental awareness, we strive for energy efficiency at each of our storage facilities. We use automated smart lighting in both our outdoor and indoor self-storage units. It can be said that the temperature-regulating climate control system installed in our indoor storage units enables significant energy savings.
Just as we are committed to meeting the needs of our tenants, we are also continuously developing our logistics system alongside our environmentally conscious self-storage operations. As our latest step, we have expanded our vehicle fleet with an electric vehicle, which enables us to significantly reduce our emissions. The use of an electric vehicle is important not only from an environmental protection perspective, but also contributes to a cleaner urban environment.
